A moment to pause

December often arrives with a full schedule: events, reunions, celebrations, trips.
It’s a month that tends to pull us outward, even when inside we feel a need for calm — to sort through what we’ve lived and make room for what’s coming.

A breath to look back at this year with honesty and gentleness: what has supported you, what no longer resonates, and what you wish to carry into the next cycle.
